We employ the steam distillation process to extract essential oils, ensuring that our products maintain their natural purity and aroma. Our lemongrass oil, with a citral percentage of 76-80%, is perfect for companies looking for natural, high-quality products
Steam distillation extraction process
Steam distillation is the process we use to extract essential oils from our sustainably grown crops. This process involves heating water to produce steam, which is then passed through the plant material to extract the essential oil. We use a closed-loop steam distillation system, which minimizes water usage and waste.
This process allows us to extract the purest and highest quality essential oils while minimizing our environmental impact. We are committed to using sustainable and eco-friendly practices in all aspects of our business, including our production processes.
